What we shipped to fix it
- -Removed ssr:false on projects/[id] so project content is crawlable

- -Person @id schema with X URL in sameAs + publisher in layout
- -FAQPage + sr-only FAQ on the about page
- -Build-time sitemap with lastmod; founder name anchored in H1
- -Added llms.txt + AI-crawler allowlist, manifest, OG image route
- -Migrated raw <img> gallery to next/image
